Located at the North end of Fort Myers Beach, right next to Bowditch Park and a very short walk to the famous Time Square area and pier. Our condo has recently been updated, brand new kitchen (does not have a basic oven, only a convection microwave), remodeled bathrooms and new flooring. We supply all the essentials of home, including Free wifi (supplied by building association), beach chairs and towels, linens and towels. The master bedroom has two twin beds and private bathroom and bedroom #2 has two twin beds. Complex has a large heated pool and lounge chairs and BBQ. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter).
