This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo has everything you can expect on a beach vacation, and this specific unit features a larger lanai extending from the living room to the master bedroom, providing stunning views of sunsets over Sanibel! Enjoy beach & Gulf of Mexico waters just steps from your lanai. Located at the North end of Fort Myers Beach, right next to Bowditch Park and .9 of a mile to the famous Time Square area.
Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. Plus, there is an in-unit washer/dryer set. Condo also includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower while the guest bedroom has a queen bed. There is a guest bathroom in the hall which has a walk-in shower as well. Maximum occupancy for this unit is 4 guests.
There is one assigned parking spot per unit. This is the most northern building and has special views like no other.
$100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.
This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter).
