This condo includes all the essentials of home! A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, plus linens and towels. We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.
This specific condo features a larger lanai extending from the living room to the master bedroom, providing stunning views of sunsets over Sanibel! The master bedroom features a king bed with an attached bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and there is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing up to 6 guests. The guest bathroom in the hall has a shower/tub combo.
Located at the North end of Fort Myers Beach, right next to Bowditch Park and .9 of a mile to the famous Time Square area! This is the most northern building and has special views like no other.
There is one assigned parking spot per unit.

This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter).
