As your enter this unit, you are welcomed by a spacious family room with new furniture and new carpet, the dining area has seating for 4 and a full kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has two twins. Other amenities include Free Wi-Fi, utility room with washer and dryer, towels and lines and cable TV. This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit.
This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months.
