The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.
This property is restricted to monthly rentals. Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals available. Mid-month arrival or departure must be approved prior to rental.
$100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.
This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit.
