This three story, 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home has large windows throughout the home allowing views from every angle. The pool is new and some areas in the house have been changed - updated photos are coming!
The lower level can be considered the in-law suite as it comes with a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, private bedroom with a queen bed, a small kitchen and a living room with pull out couch. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.
The main level features two bedrooms, each having a queen bed and a full bath with a shower/tub combo between. The kitchen has gorgeous cabinetry and countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the cookware needed. The living area has plenty of seating for family gathering and a dedicated work space with a beautiful backdrop of the bay.
The top level hosts the main suite, which features a king bed, large bath tub, separate walk-in shower, and a private balcony. You really feel on top of the world!

This unit is pet-friendly with a 2-pet limit, pets are limited to dogs only. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200/animal fee applies for pets and emotional support animals. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. The garage is not assessable for the renters.
