This 4 Bed 3 Bath island home has a farmhouse structure that features a long screened-in front porch with 4 beautiful rocking chairs, wood floors throughout, a large dining room, a coffee bar, and lovely outdoor gathering space on the ground level.
3 out of the 4 bedrooms are located on the top floor. The master suite has a king bed, mini-refrigerator, and an espresso coffee maker. Bedroom #2 upstairs has another king-size bed, and the 3rd room has a queen-size bed and shares a bathroom with #2. Bedroom #4 on the main level has a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa. In addition, there are 2 full-size futons in the sunroom and a full sleeper sofa in the living room, for a total occupancy of 11 people. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.
This home is perfect for families, directly across the street from the beautiful white sand beach. Plenty of seating with 2 dining areas, lots of lounge space throughout the home, and your own private yard. Centrally located near the Publix grocery, restaurants, and beach shops.
