3891 Bayside - This stately bayfront home has a sophisticated elegance with an inviting coastal feel. When you arrive, you know you have arrived to a very special place, so catch your breath. It’s more lovely and inviting than any picture can convey. There is a wonderful pool area located at the back of the house and directly on the bay. The pool is oversized offering plenty of room for the entire group with the heated spa more privately located at the far end. There is plenty of seating and gathering space throughout the patio. The views here are stunning, a great place to watch our Florida wildlife! Dolphins, iguanas, and many species of birds, fish and lizards are a common sight here on the island and this tropical property is the perfect place to spot them!
The first floor is a great home away from home for the younger set. It consists of a lounging area with an extra large screen TV, dart board, ping pong table, and a half bath. There are also three bedrooms each with a TV and private bathrooms, plus 2 full-sized washers and dryers.
When you go to the second floor you will find yourself in the main gathering area, an absolutely stunning place to be. It has open space with a huge kitchen area, a nice extra long dining room table, a gorgeous living room, and a wonderful deck with plenty of seating for all. Additionally on the second floor are two bedrooms with private bathrooms, and a laundry room with 2 more washers and dryers. For private work moments, there is a den overlooking the front terrace.
There is seating for all guests in the dining and kitchen area. 12 at the dining room table and 6 at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is top of the line with a ZLINE Autograph Edition Range with gas stove and electric oven in stainless steel with gold accents. Matching appliances with ZLINE Autograph Edition Refrigerator with ice maker in stainless steel and gold trim. The kitchen overlooks the family room, pool, and bay waters. Two sets of sliding glass doors lead to the bayside patio from both the dining area and family room, providing beautiful views down the bay.
The master bedroom will be found on the third story with it’s own private wet bar, seating area, and private open patio for those wonderful views.

1st floor: 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms (4 kings)
2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (2 kings and twin bunk bed)
3rd floor: Master bedroom (king and twin trundle bed), large master bath with both soaking tub and shower
Maximum occupancy is 14 guests.
There are 4 sets of full-size washer and dryers throughout the home, and linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.
This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival.
This property allows rentals to one group per month. Month-long and multi-month rentals are preferred, but shorter stays may be available in the off-season. This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.
