This property allows a maximum occupancy of 4 guests, rented to one group per month. There are two public beach access points within walking distance to the home (~5 minute walk) at Aberdeen Ave and Lanark Ave. Sip your coffee on the front porch, spend your day at the beach, and come home to lounge in your oasis. Beautiful Florida skies and wildlife can be seen all around the island!
There is a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and we provide all linens! We include all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

This unit is pet-friendly with a 2-pet limit, pets are limited to small dogs only. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200/animal fee applies for pets and emotional support animals. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.
