214 - 216 Pearl Street is a 3 Bed 2 Bath house with an additional attached apartment suite, rented all as one home. Overall, the maximum occupancy is 10 guests. The main house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a dining room, full kitchen and a large living room with a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The primary bedroom in the main house features a queen bed, and the guest bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed. The bathroom is a jack-and-jill style, opening to the primary bedroom and kitchen featuring a walk-in shower.
The apartment suite is attached through the laundry room with a door separating the two. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, a kitchenette and a living room that doubles as a den with a full-sized sleeper sofa. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. Connecting the main house and the apartment is a lovely deck where you can share an outside meal with your loved ones.

This unit is pet-friendly with a 2-pet limit, pets are limited to dogs only. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200 fee applies for pets and emotional support animals. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.
The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. $100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.
