Welcome to our beautiful, brand new heated pool home, across the street from the beach. This home truly has it all! The gourmet kitchen is stocked with all the essentials of home and more including a wine cooler, ice maker, large quartz island with breakfast bar, industrial refrigerator, and gourmet appliances.
Throughout the home, there are many features to make you feel like you are in a luxury home. There is a private elevator that takes you to the rooftop sundeck that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, hardwood floors, marble, quartz, and granite all thru the home, wood burn fireplace, 2 - 50" and 3 - 65" smart TVs. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, linens and towels, Free Wi-Fi, and a large heated pool with outdoor seating.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and private master bath that has marble countertops and a large 70 gal soak tub, multi-shower heads, bidet, and an attached sitting room which has a twin-size day bed trundle off the master. Bedroom #2 has a queen, bedroom #3 has a full sized bed, and bedroom #4 has another twin-size trundle bed. This property is very beautiful and spacious, allowing up to 10 guests.
This unit is pet-friendly with a 2-pet limit (up to 30 pounds), pets are limited to dogs only. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200/animal fee applies for pets and emotional support animals. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.
We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials near the property as a result of post Hurricane Ian renovations.
This property is on keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check in time.
For the security of the home, there are 4 cameras along the exterior. These cameras are turned off at the time of check in and are only on when the home is vacant. There is no access to the garages.
This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months.
Must be 25 years or older to book. $100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
