This unit is a two level duplex home with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a large private pool. The location of this property is well loved due to it being situated on a canal (perfect for fishing!) and its walkability to the beach.
Upstairs there are two queen beds and 1.5 bathrooms including a walk-in shower. Downstairs there is a king and two full beds and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.
The home has a spacious layout with modern looks on the inside. Each level also features a private screened in porch off the kitchen that overlooks the pool and canal. The kitchens are stocked with all standard appliances including a dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer in an outdoor laundry room off the side of the house along with an outdoor shower.
We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials near the property as a result of post Hurricane Ian renovations.

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival.
For the security of the home, there are two security cameras on the exterior of this home. One faces the front of the house which includes the driveway and one faces the backyard which includes the pool.
This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
