This island abode is located on the waterway leading to the bay, and within walking distance to the beautiful white sand. Pack up your beach gear and head to the beach or rent a day boat for fishing or sightseeing. Return home to a refreshing swim in your pool. For dinner, you may light up the grill for a barbecue or pick a popular island restaurant for a delicious meal of local seafood.
The upstairs units each have 2 bedrooms with king beds and queen sleeper sofas in the living rooms. The downstairs units each have 1 bedroom with king beds and twin-size futon-style sleeper sofas in the living rooms. Maximum occupancy is 18 guests. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.
This property is equipped with 1 washer and 1 dryer on the lower level under the carport area which is free to renters along with a beautiful deck to watch the magnificent Florida sunsets. Another major perk of this property is the dock which is also available for renters' use to fish, watch the sunrise, or lounge in the sun.
This complex is pet-friendly with a 4-pet limit (one per unit), pets are limited to dogs only. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200/animal fee applies for pets and emotional support animals. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.

Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking. This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time.
